J.Luxe salon may require a credit card in file for new customers to reserve your appointment. We understand that busy schedules and some circumstances can it be avoided so we do require a 24 hour cancellation notice. Our appointments are confirmed 24-48 hours before your scheduled service.  If a less than 24 hours cancellation notice occurs, there will be a 50% charge for your missed service. No call/no shows will be charged the full amount of the missed appointment. This is because we miss the opportunity to fill the appointment with other clients from our waiting list and they miss the opportunity of our services. Please respect our time as we respect yours.

Guarantee services
We always want you to be 100% satisfied with your services. If you are not 100% satisfied with your services, please contact us within 5 days of that service and we will schedule you to come in to correct your service, free of charge. Any issues reported longer than 5 days will be assessed on a case by case scenario not resulting in an immediate redo and may not be free of charge.

Guarantee products
Your technician will recommend your products based on your hair. We don’t accept refunds but will trade out any products that weren’t already used with a replacement product.

Cell phones and hand held devices
Please be courteous of others when using your devices. Please no using of your speaker, just headphones or text. Thank you!

Children
Children may not accompany adults when getting chemical services. Any children coming into the salon will need an additional adult to watch them while the other adult is receiving services. We love kids and want to keep them safe from chemicals, sharp and hot tools.
